We are a gaushala, not a shop, and we sell only what our cows give beyond what their calves need. So quantities are small and availability changes. Each product's page says whether it's available and where we deliver it.

Placing an order

Order on Viber or WhatsApp from any product page, or use the request form. An order is confirmed only when we reply with the price, quantity and delivery day. You pay on confirmation (eSewa, Khalti, QR or bank transfer), or cash on delivery for local orders if we agree it with you.

Local delivery: milk, dahi and fresh products

• Fresh milk, dahi, mohi and other perishable products are delivered only in and around Ruru, Palpa, usually in the morning.
• You can also collect them from the gaushala during visiting hours.
• For daily or weekly supply, we agree the schedule with you; pause or stop it any time with a day's notice.

Sending across Nepal: ghiu and dry products

• Products marked "Ships across Nepal" are sent by courier or bus parcel, packed to prevent leaks.
• We dispatch within 3 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after that, depending on the road to your district.
• We tell you the delivery charge before you pay, and send you the tracking or parcel details once dispatched.
• We don't send products outside Nepal at present.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If something arrives damaged or wrong, send us photos on Viber or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery. If a parcel is lost on the way, we'll send it again or refund you.

Cancellations and returns

• You can cancel any order before it is dispatched (or, for milk, by the evening before delivery), with a full refund.
• Because they are food products, we can't accept returns of items that have been opened or delivered in good condition.
• Refunds go back to the wallet or account you paid from within 7 working days.
